Felt like a pie and I haven't had one for ages let alone a Rouley's so thank goodness this cafe/eatery is a short drive away. It's mostly set up for take-away (hot, cold and refridgerated gear). There are seats inside and seats outside; I highly recommend getting your food on a plate and eating on the bench facing the street window. I was soooo tempted to get a Beauies. Love a Beauies. Got a curry pie instead with a Dare IC and a jelly slice (dark plum jelly, not red, was a great variation). $18. Lady serving was kindly and good. As I was eating a bloke stuck his head in - literally stuck his head in while holding a massive mastif or some such calm beast on a lead on the footpath - asking for a cold pie. Like I said, they do sell refridgerated wares. Lady was right onto it, took his cash, got the pie, gave his change. Turns out he got the pie for the dog. Absolute corker of a scene. I was hoping to film the beast eating it. He left with pie in one hand and dog in other. Dog has great taste.

Got the meat pie and curry pie. Both were great, but charged 20 cents extra per sauce (got 2, 1 per pie). I understand paying extra for extra sauces, but surely an almost $6 pie can come with sauce. Friendly staff overall.

Absolutely amazing food. Hot sausage rolls and pies. However, the poor women serving was by herself making 6 different coffees with another 5"6 of us lined up. She was so so so kind and sweet despite the 20 minute wait. A few other customers said it’s unfair on her working by herself at peak hour and she said she knows but everytime she brings up her concerns she gets in trouble for talking about it. Makes me upset wondering how these sweet workers are treated behind closed doors. She was clearly stressed and under the pump. Please do better for your workers.

I recently ordered and purchased a cake for mum's 100 birthday celebration. It was just great. Beautifully decorated and soo fresh and delicious. The wonderful staff made every effort to meet my requirements and the purchased sandwich box was well enjoyed by all. Thankyou for your efforts. A great result.

Lovely country bakery quality with the service to match, when I’m in the area I will be back again.

Extremely cramped, heaters on at an excessive heat, tables and front bench seating littered with dirty mugs and dishes. Staff were incompetent and needed to clarify several times that my simple latte order was correct. My toasted croissant was ok, nothing to rave about. Waited for staff to finish their mothers club meeting so I could purchase some items to take home, but decided that being ignored meant that my money would be better off spent elsewhere. As I walked out another customer turned and walked out with me, clearly they felt ignored and disrespected too by the staffs complete disregard for customers lined up waiting at the counter.

Terrible customer service! I walked in and just wanted to buy a pie and another customer walk in shortly after assuming he was a regular because the lady served him first and said to him "we only have whole meal left" and started making him a sandwich which obviously takes time. I am very disappointed in the customer service and have never had a staff member pick favourites when clearly I was there first. If the staff member made a mistake she could have said "I’ll be right with you" rather than completely ignoring me. I was going to question it but then another male customer walked and I just assumed she would serve him and ignore the female waiting patiently. 3.4.24- 4.30pm afternoon
