Excellent experience ordering a cake for my birthday. From the communications on the cake design and order, till the taste and looks of it, and the service received during pick up was top notch. Everyone raved about the cake, looked so good. Two thumbs up, would definitely recommend

Did a custom order with them for my brother's birthday and they did such a great job! The cake was delicious and the cake design was amazing, exactly what we were after. I also had a slightly lower budget than what they had initially quoted me and they were super accomodating and happy to meet my budget. Would highly recommend!

Definitely paying for the aesthetics of the cute cakes. The taste is good not overly sweet and creamy. The cakes on hand is a hit and miss, could be fresh or could be sitting there for sometime and toppings no longer edible. Or variety availability is also hit and miss. Best option is to order in advance / custom cake for better quality and freshness guaranteed. The staff are friendly enough but customer service could be improved. Must mention the highlight for me is the way the ribbon is tied for ease of handling of the cake box for transportability, perfect!! Wish all cake shop did this!!! Housekeeping could do with improvement. **no dine in option, takeaway only

Service was lovely and the presentation of the wedding cake looked beautiful. However, there was barely any actual cake. It tasted like all cream inside and outside. It was not worth the money we paid and it didnt taste fresh. Won't be ordering through these people again. Many guests were unsatisfied, sorry to say. I wish your business the best moving forward.

My photos DO NOT do justice to how beautiful this cake looked. I was hesitant at first about booking with ‘cakepapa’ because of the few negative reviews. SO GLAD i chose to trust them and ORDER. The lady at the counter was so sweet, kind, and patient while i was ordering and in answering my queries. The cake looked EXACTLY like the inspo pic, if not better. It tasted fresh, perfect amount of sweetness, perfect flavours. Too bad i only ordered the six inch size and our small party of three ended up finishing most of the cake on the same day, leaving us with no leftovers. My mum, the birthday girl, LOVED the cake and I can’t thank you guys enough for the effort u put in the cake. Also the lady looked at the candles in the inspo pic and offered me the exact same ones for FREE. Most certainly will be ordering again.

I ordered customised cake twice and they both look exactly like the reference pictures I sent them. The cakes are not too sweet and the earl grey filling is amazing. The staffs are very nice and friendly.

2nd time we bought a birthday cake from this place after an impressive 1st. The taste and sweetness are to an Asian liking. Would have been a 5 stars for the 1st purchase but a 1 star for 2nd purchase where the durian filling turn sour after 2 days. When I informed the owner, only been told that filling cannot last more than 2 days. I suggested for used by date to be labeled then was told they forgotten to.
