Abbots & Kinney
📍 Wedding bakeries in Adelaide
Address in Adelaide offers a delightful bakery experience with a focus on quality and service. Their spinach, goat's cheese, and pesto Danish is a standout, featuring flaky, layered pastry and a rich filling elevated by the pesto. The atmosphere is inviting, making it a pleasant spot to work or enjoy a coffee. While the croissants could benefit from being fresher, the overall experience is commendable.
The coffee selection is decent, though the differences between a flat white and latte are subtle. The almond croissant is light and airy but lacks the buttery richness expected. Despite minor criticisms, Address provides a solid bakery experience with a few notable highlights that make it worth visiting.

Brekky @AbbotsAndKinney for a spinach, goat's cheese and pesto Danish. Warmed up, the pastry is very flaky, light, with many layers providing crunch, encasing a delicious filling. The presence of the pesto, however, elevates the Danish to something else. Excellent. #bakery #breakfast #Danish #goatscheese #pastry #Foodie #Adelaidefood #AdelaideCBD
"I have never had a bakery experience like this in Adelaide before! Everything was incredible—from the quality of the food to the service. Highly recommended if you’re looking for the best in the city."
We ordered two coffees and they tasted good, but there was little difference between the flat white and latte. The almond croissant was quite average. It was a light croissant, decent in size and had a good rise, but it wasn’t very buttery. It was flakey but I found the flakes didn’t hold well and sort of crumbled / became "powdery" when bitten into. Frangipane was a custardy texture but didn’t have enough almond flavour for our liking.
I got the almond croissant and an oat milk latte. Would have preferred the croissant heated and more fresh. It might have been on display for a while. Coffee was ok. Stayed here to work for a while and it had a nice atmosphere.
Was expecting the croissant it to be very flaky but it had slight chewy texture….mind you I bought it and took it home to eat. May have been different if eaten there straight away. It was definitely airy. What was a nice surprise but hardly mentioned, their sausage rolls variety available- yummy
Stopped in for an iced long black today. I would have given 5 stars but they didn't have any vanilla only caramel. The coffee itself was good, rich, full flavoured. I normally get a large but glad I went with the small. Service was efficient and friendly. There was no wait, and there was lunch items available aswell as pastries. Was nice to sit and watch the people go by.
The smell of freshly roasted coffee as you arrive signifies that as a Melbournian, you've found a safe place away from home. Yes, the coffee is up to our coffee snob standards and the food was also on the money. I had a ham, cheese and other bits (mustard and pickle) croissant and my lovely wife had a berry almond croissant.
