I have used Leona Part Supplies for years. Typically it has been for small balloon orders for birthdays at home. Their products are good quality & last. This year I got number 19 which came as 2 separate numbers and it cost $36. I can ring up, order over the phone & pick up same day. I have also walked in and just ordered & waited. I find the staff really nice and helpful.

I hosted a 25th birthday party with the help of Jess, who was incredibly helpful. Amazing attention to detail and so friendly. Will definitely recommend this business to anyone who’s looking into hosting an event.

I visited many other party stores, among them this is the best with a taste for customers. Very good collections, providing ideas for birthdays etc. Prices of few hirings are a bit costly I'd love to recommend if they could be adjusted. It is much easy to make things by your own. But least things are readily available.

Great variety of party-related supplies. Good range! Shoutout to this friendly lady who gave our one year old a balloon for his first birthday. He was so thrilled even when he was in the car ☺️

Will not come back, assistant manager Kayla needs to go to do a business course on customer service it seems. Sells us a balloons, one loses air, instead of offering a refund on the next day as we cant come back wants to fight about it till the cows come home. Let me tell you that a review speaks a thousand words, your balloon quality has dropped over the years and this is the final straw of guaranteeing a non return of business. Would I recommend, NO, not any more. You had your chance to redeem and you failed dismally. Good luck with your poor performing business model.
