Pacific Hire

Staff do not know they own business, even after calling to make a booking and calling a second to confirm what is required from me to hire plus wasting 2.5hrs driving time to be told I can not hire due to not having a Victorian drivers license. Teach your staff to ask questions so businesses don’t waste valuable time driving around the country side. Thank you!

Extremely overpriced for outdated machines. Have hired heaps of mini diggers and the average price is usually $300-$350. Pacific hire are charging $440. Would definitely recommend checking out other places before going here.

Christian from the Wangaratta branch was great and helped us with a last minute portable ensuite hire 2 days out from our wedding when another company had mucked up our order. The team was great, flexible and easy to deal with. Highly recommend their services! I only wish we found them sooner.

Never again beware of the hidden cost. They do NOT help locals they are only interested in helping big companies with big contracts and ripping off the average Joe. Pacific Hire were already a lot more expensive than other hire places in Wangaratta and then on the day they tried to charge an extra $100 on top of the price I was quoted.

Absolute worst. Service is horrible! I would suggest staying away if you haven’t used them.

Thanks for the great service you provided, Very engaging friendly staff and a pleasure.

Dean was very helpful with my recent hire. Spot on with delivery and easy to deal with.
