House Home & Party Sunbury

Friendly service and great balloons, went twice last week for my boys birthdays. Got balloons on the spot, was friendly and happy to help. Will definetly be going back again 😊

Always Friendly, Efficient, and Reliable! I've been getting helium balloons from the House Home and Party Store in Sunbury for many years, and the service has always been fantastic. The lovely lady who runs (and I assume owns) the store is incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. Whether I book in advance or just walk in, she always puts together beautiful balloon arrangements — whether for a table setting or floor display — with care and speed. It’s a go-to spot for any celebration or special occasion. Highly recommend for quality balloons and great service every time!

Poor customer service! Extremely rude and will not be a returning customer. I purchased balloons 1 day ago and they deflated overnight, returned in the morning to get them replaced, and was told I should have asked for high flow helium! I Did not know it was a thing! It’s your job to advise the customer of the difference, instead of offering to replace 3 balloons I was then charged for them! I Always buy balloons from here, however will never return. In the future advise your customers of the options they have and for the sake of 3 balloons and have a customer return, improve your customer service and don’t blame them for not knowing the difference.

Always friendly owner. Helium balloons that always last for weeks. No better place around Sunbury

This place is the best and it is very good, love Trish and the girls as they are very welcoming when entering the store. They also are very good at helping with party balloons and what colours go well together. I absolutely love this party store and it is one of the best!!!

Great little family business. We arranged supply of a helium bottle for a party. Easy pick up, (note: $50 cash deposit needed). Drop off the empty was easy. Would recommend.

Get your helium balloons somewhere else, 2 different events now the helium balloons from here lasted less then 24 hours. Used the local newsagent and the last lot are at 5 weeks and still holding strong.
