So being retired I don't have a lot of call for Coates equipment, but when I did and turned up there to be served by Cass I was totally impressed. Early morning, chatty, informative and knowledgeable about the equipment. They didn't have the item I wanted, but arranged for it to come from Bendigo a few days later, which it did. She was totally helpful right through the process. I hope Coates recognise the asset they have with her.
