Unprofessional lady and overpriced hire rates vs competition- staff not properly trained on equipment, she just didn’t know the basics to handover the equipment. So She couldn’t find the booking or the account # and she looked at me as I was the issue. She was upset and make me feel uncomfortable , while I was waiting I overheard another unhappy customer - Very bad experience. There are many others hire companies in the area which are better equipped, better priced and with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Do not recommend-

Thanks to the team at flexihire for sorting me out with a 100mm wood chipper. It’s an awesome bit of equipment and turned a 3 weekend job of dump trips into a 1 weekend job and fresh mulch for the garden. The staff were friendly and the instructions I received certainly made my life easier.

My company hired several pieces of equipment for a few weeks, and we held an account with your business — which we will no longer be using due to the unprofessional conduct of Aria. From the start, her attitude was rude and unhelpful, complaining about having to retrieve the equipment I required from the shed. When I asked to speak with someone else regarding the matter, she reluctantly proceeded to prepare the equipment but then provided the wrong set of keys. As a result, I had to return to the site and seek assistance from another staff member to obtain the correct keys. On top of that, I was overcharged for extra time and additional fees. The overall hire cost was already higher compared to other providers, and the level of customer service was extremely poor. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience — I do not wish to discuss or be contacted about it further. I do not recommend this company.
