Hired an 18m boom and Will handled the booking from start to finish, making the whole process super easy. He took the time to explain how to properly tie the machine down on the trailer and walked me through exactly how to use it. The help was exceptional Even tied my trolley on and showed me the best way to move a fridge etc Super helpful kind and friendly. A credit to the organization. ( My Dad Russell Moor NOW IN HIS 93rd year, worked for Kennards in Sydney in the late 1960s to early 1970s ( pictured below) I am impressed it is a great company still)

Running late and still an hour away I rang and explained the situation. The gentleman was understanding and very kind. Returned the trailer next morning with no charge because of my phone call Well done Kennards!!!!!
