Booked a mower for delivery/pick up. Whole experience was fantastic! Very helpful staff, and the mower itself was ready to go! Couldn’t recommend more!
I have never used a hire company before however I had to urgently reach out for some temporary fencing for our fence that blew away in severe winds in south east QLD. I was encouraged to reach out to Kennards and directed to the Nerang store - my closest. They got my temp fence up and installed in a couple of hours since I made the call. The customer service was exceptional considering how stressed out I was from losing my fence and having no idea what to do with my whole backyard open an exposed to parklands. The process to close the hire and pick up was seamless, easy and I spoke to probably 3-4 people in todal during this time every single person was mega helpful. I was not expecting to receive this kind of customer service on this level from a hire company however it’s some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Thank you and I will absolutely be an advocate for Kennards hire.
