Kennards Hire Mornington

This business has no ethics. Made a booking over the phone. Went with the item that was recommended by the staff member. Booked the item. Went to pick up the item and was told the booking had been cancelled and the item hired to someone else. In other words, they cancelled my single day booking to give it to someone who wanted a multi-day booking

Courteous, amiable, and considerate service. Opted for a wallpaper steamer rental, returned it ahead of schedule, and promptly received a refund. Highly recommend for hassle-free equipment rentals.

The staff was great. Ran through the process on how to use the equipment. l would recommend using Kennards for hiring of any equipment for DIY jobs.

Haven't used these guys for a while, I always use Better Rentals round the corner but they couldn't help me this morning. I remember why I ALWAYS use BETTER RENTALS in Mornington. Best prices. Best service. Sorry Kennards, staff are very helpful but I don't like getting bent over, you'll only get my business again if BETTER RENTALS can't help me.

I hired a long-handled, battery operated hedge trimmer in order to tidy up a clients garden. Within a couple of minutes of arriving onsite and using the hedge trimmer, it kept cutting out (no fault of ours). I had hired this equipment a few times in the past but never had any dramas before. A quick phone call to Kennards to discuss the problem resulted in a Kennards Mornington employee personally driving to Frankston to collect another hedge trimmer, then driving down to my work site at Safety Beach to swap the hedge trimmer over. This was done quickly, efficiently and without complaint - very professional. This was well and truly over and above, fantastic service from the team at Kennards Mornington and certainly exceeded my expectations. In the end, i made my deadline, my client was happy, I was happy and both of us were stumped by the professional service provided by Kennards Mornington. We will certainly continue to use these guys in the future. Other companies can learn a lot from this team. Keep up the great work!

Terrible service. Had a lawnmower booked through another store and when I got to the Mornington store 10 minutes later they had hired it out to someone else. All the staff member had to say was "sorry mate" What a fool Never hire from here
