Recently purchased a $69 Santa outfit. Quality was absolutely disgusting. Cheap and nasty. It has gotten threads coming off it the fluffy is cheap, it looks like it was imported from China dirt cheap, advertising online using dodgy pics then sold at a rediculous marked up price, so they could gain huge profit from unsuspecting buyers. Don't ever buy from them. That was an expensive lesson to learn. Never again

I absolutely love the quality of the supplies from this company. Everything is beautifully made and always arrives exactly as expected. Their customer service is exceptional. I urgently needed some last minute party supplies so I contacted their warehouse and they were able to have my order ready for collection within 5-10 minutes of being placed. Fantastic customer service. Although I was accidently sent the wrong product, staff were straight onto it and tried to get the right product sent out to me in time. Although this didn't work the honoured me a refund.

Couldn't have asked for better customer service (and colour variety/options to choose from). As I was creating my first ever balloon garland for a special milestone, I naturally had a few questions, which were answered (along with some other helpful tips) without any hesitation. I highly recommend this small business for your next event. I will certainly be ordering again for mine.

I haven’t had a great experience with this company- including the product and the customer service. We ordered a "retro pink" balloon garland for our daughter. As soon as I received the order I noticed that half the balloons appeared to be the wrong colour based on the online photos- they appeared brown. I emailed the sales team- heard nothing so gave them a call. Was assured this was just the saturation of the die and it would change when the balloon was inflated. I trusted this information. A few days out from the event, I start inflating the balloons to build the garlands- the balloon even inflated did not match. I emailed th company photos and received no response. So I called, I called, I left a voicemail and called again- finally getting through to someone. The answer "well depending on the light I any balloon can look different" I understand that, however this colour doesn’t even appear to be In the same family as the picture used to sell the product. Asked maybe If there was an error. Advised no error it’s just the light- directed them to my email which apparently when to their junk folder, despite having my order number in the subject line- and got a similar response of it’s the light. BUT silver lining he woul have a look at what balloons he had that he could send to help out, explained we only had a day to the event. He said to leave it with him and he would email me back the solution. The end of the day was near. So I called, and called again, and left a voice message- no response no call back, no email. The next day, no response no call back no email. So now it’s the Friday before the event, they close at 2pm and I’ve had to drive to my nearest lombards and spend about $100 to get the correct coloured balloons that match our theme. I get that shades may very, but to me this colour isn’t even in the same family as the balloons advertised. I have uploaded a photo of the garland they use to sell the product and the balloons in the advert, I’ve also included a photo of the balloon I was sent. Maybe it’s me, but would love to see if other people would expect the colour of balloon I received based on the advert. And if it is, which balloon colour Is this meant to be? I wouldn’t use this company, the incorrect colour aside, their customer service has been horrible.
