I’ve never given a bad review before but I feel as though no one should be ripped off on their wedding day the way I was. Not happy with service and would highly not recommend. I was charged a late fee of $400 from the venue of the event as Jacques party hire did not show up on time to collect hired items. When dropping off items nothing was set up and items were placed in the way of other vendors. One table provided was broken so we couldn't even use it and all of the furniture was dirty and we had to keep washing our hands so that we did not mark anything else from other vendors. Emailed proof for a resolution or some reimbursement and was given a response with no accountability and then they ignored my reply.

Amazing service, amazing people. Got a marquee, chairs and table for my uncles 70th birthday over new years. Rob and his team were some of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with and I would 100% recommend Jacques Party Hire for any events.
