Great store, helpful staff and large variety of stock
❤️Stock wise- they seem to have it all 🎈 ❤️Location is very convenient right in the city 😎 ❤️Customer Service - The best, they go out of their way to help you find what you need, they offer suggestions about your project or order stuff for you if not available. They are easy to deal with if there are issues with your purchases. ❤️More than 5 star for them - Linda & the owners, I find they treat their customers like family.
This is the best party shop around get everything you need for any type of party here. The staff are amazing and so helpful. What a fun shop to go into, always look forward to when it's time for organising a party coming into here. Thank you for all the help you guys give me for making my kids parties so special 😀

The lady who served us, Linda, told us the Eftpos machine had timed out and asked us to redo the payment. The amount was charged to my account twice and when I called to remedy this she assured us it wasn’t her fault so we should call the bank. I’m out $140 for no reason according to the store, and they refused to give our money back. I suggest paying cash so they can’t scam you; or just stay away

We have dropped in without pre ordering helium balloon bunches on 2 occasions, they were very busy but the lovely gentleman there was happy to help us. It's nice to still find that kind of service.
