I can honestly say the customer service was awsome they were so helpful. They truly made my vision come to reality and so patient with me as I don't know much about organising a party but they really explained everything to me and went throw it all step by step. I will definitely be using lightsounds again!! Also the products they supplied me were really good and fairly priced!

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, I've hired with them 3 times. Unfortunately on my most recent hire, my order never got through to their system; software bug, what can you do.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Try to contact these people to organize something and they will dodge you until its too late and then they can charge you a fee which you are happy to pay for but still get spoken to like a common criminal! I will most definitely NEVER use this company EVER again. And wish the best of luck to who ever does use them.

Thank you so much for your service! I hired portable speakers and mic for my sister's wedding ceremony and used it for the reception. From the start lightsounds in Kingsgrove have been so helpful. Easy to talk to over the phone and via emails. It is so refreshing to have people who have great customer service. I have had to deal with various services for this wedding and lightsounds have been the best when it comes to customer service.
