My event planner recommended this company and I’m SO glad she did! We needed an unusual size to fit the venue shape, and the men they sent installed exactly what we wanted. Our function went so well because the stage fitted perfectly and still had enough room for the band and presenters. Other companies said they couldn’t do the exact size we needed, only smaller, so luckily we found Instant Stages. The venue were very surprised too, as no other stage company had been able to do what they did. We will be using the same venue next time and they said we can have it again at the same price which was better than the others too.

We hosted our first event down in Melbourne this year and were very happy with the price, quality and service of this staging. We booked it from Sydney, and they arrived on time with better staging than we get here. Faster and much cheaper than other quotes we got! I wish Sydney had staging this good.

Very professional, and accommodating - our load-in and load-out access was problematic, but they got it all sorted out far more simply and easily than the company I'd previously been dealing with. We'll definitely be using them again!
