Coates Dubbo

Manager is extremely racist towards aboriginal people. I was treated like I was stupid. I informed him I was going to put a google review up of the same and I was told to "go for it buddy" This all came about from the manager being rude to myself and another customer. Coates need to educate staff about cultural education and not to treat people as if they are dumb due to skin colour.

Great customer service, organised everything I needed and went above and beyond. Thanks again

I spoke to a male, so called manager at the Dubbo office and found him to be very vague and not even interested in answering questions. I would rather speak to a house brick or stalk of celery.
