The Crew at Cyclezone Darwin are excellent. Just in October they repaired a puncture, replaced and tuned front hand break cables and helped select and fit a carry basket now my recently acquired bright red retro ‘Electra’ rocket is humming. It’s all the small repairs and tweaks for safety and performance just done and not added to the invoice that takes the customer service and value for money up a level. Nothings to much trouble Thanks!

Super helpful and friendly staff. Great service. I feel like they went above and beyond. Just got my first free service on a new bike I bought here. They were happy to answer all my questions and install a bike computer, as well as look after the bike until I got back from interstate. This was really helpful as I don’t live in Darwin.
Fantastic service for us to hire bikes for a day cruising around sightseeing Darwin. The E bike was perfect for my wife while I preferred to pedal myself. We highly recommend Cycle Zone to anyone looking for an option to ride around town.
Great store to rent bikes in Darwin. The store is downtown, a few min walk from Esplanade close to most hotels. The staff was real helpful providing a bike paths map and suggesting some places to visit. Darwin has a lot of bike paths in the nature. Strongly recommend.
Had an awesome weekend ride with a bike from Cycle Zone! The bike was brand new and rode really well. Just a heads-up: the seat's a bit firm, so bike shorts help a lot for longer rides. Thanks for the great service!
Very pleasant shop staff, supplying us over 2 days with 3 types of bikes, being an e-bike , a touring bike , and a mountain bike ( for the MTB park). Plus a tool kit , water bottle holders, and even a handlebar phone holder. No mechanical issues at all. Note , that the shop is a well stocked bicycle store as well.
