These guys are faster, friendlier and more efficient than anyone I've dealt with. I recently had an issue with a factory fault and they shipped the unit back and got me a new unit in time for a gig yhe following weekend. Tyler is fantastic with customer service and replies super fast. All round excellent customer service, price and quality products. 6 stars

I recently purchased a Yamaha MG06 and encountered a small issue with the switch. After a brief discussion with Anthony, he promptly assisted me in swapping it for another unit without any hassle. Highly recommend this store. The boys working on 14 June evening on a Saturday, massive thanks to you guys. I wanted a controller for this Sunday. The team at Richmond told me that one of the controllers RX3 was available in Dandenong. The boys waited for me so that I can buy it which was past 5 pm, grateful for you guys thank you so much.

I record music in my home studio. Guitar is my sound and tone is the Pinicle of everything. I needed some studio monitors to help me achieve perfection. People in DJ City know what they are selling and make sure they know what you need. I left apprehensive after spending more than my budget, but I am not disappointed any more. Trash service by DJ City ... Advertised products they didn't have (Illegal??), emailed to request another $400, posted late to a rural area, lights didn't arrive in time for a concert. Very average service. Edit: I'm pre-empting your online apology ... I looked at the other reviews and you've been apologising and "fixing your customer service" for 3 years ... Empty words and trash service.

If you're into live or studio gear, this is the place to go! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, stock is good, and they have a comprehensive range of speakers to test.
