Very good hire company with plenty of stock for your next project
Do not use this company they are a disgrace. Just disgusting attitude from the truck drivers driving around like crazy people have no respect for anyone else on the road
Bad Experience - Will Not Return I recently hired a Polivac which cost $250 which included a $100 refundable deposit. All went well until after I returned the polisher, when I was told that I had torn the red skirt which I had not been aware of. Nevertheless I accepted responsibility and they said they would obtain a quote. Shortly after I received an invoice for a full skirt assembly costing a total $ 222.77 (including $25 delivery). I then checked my credit card transactions and noticed that Complete Hire had taken an extra $123.20 from my card without prior consultation or authorisation.I had previously seen the red skirt alone retailing online for $51.95. When I questioned them as to why I was being charged four times that price, they told me that if they had just obtained the red skirt they would have to charge me labour costs which would have bought the total cost in line with the full assembly anyway. This response was concocted and did not seem credible to me. They offered no explanation as to why they had not consulted me before taking the extra amount from my credit card. Attempts to discuss my complaint with the manager were futile and he was dismissive of my complaint. I also failed to receive a response to my emailed complaint to the owner of the business.
I highly recommend this company! The staff are incredibly nice, friendly, and always go out of their way to help you. This is hands down the best place to hire machinery. Outstanding service.
