I rang them 10 minutes before I needed to pick it up; no drama, no excuses. By the time I rolled into 34 Marcia St, the trailer was already hitched to their yard truck, pre-checked, and waiting with my paperwork in hand. The staff were ridiculously polite and switched-on. The bloke who met me greeted me like I’d booked a week ago, ran through the safety points in under two minutes, and even adjusted the tow ball height to match my ute on the spot. Gear was spotless, stabilisers perfect. Towed like a dream all day, no issues. Dropped it back at 4:50 p.m.; return took four minutes flat; quick look-over, sign, and I was gone. Booking 10 minutes before pickup and still getting excellent service, polite staff, and flawless gear? That’s next-level. Kennards Hire Coffs Harbour just earned a customer for life. Five stars, no hesitation.

Needed A large refrigerator hoisted up 3 meters. The live online chat and follow up phone call were all magnificent. It was such a great outcome and an easy ,friendly and professional experience.
