10/10 experience at Costume world. Called up desperately for a Lord Farquard costume for my 30th birthday as my online order from another website wasn't coming in time and costume world were a seamless transaction! Told me to come down the next day and they would have one ready to go for me. They saved my event!! Will definitely be back for all mt costumes in the future!

I could not recommend costume world highly enough. They were extremely helpful and friendly and the costume was an absolute hit. Very easy pick up and drop off. I even drove a two hour round trip to go to the store and back and it was worth every km and minute! Thank you everyone we had a very happy 3yo.

horrible costume shop, extremely unorganised and unprofessional. me and my partner payed 95$ for a hired costumed which we were told to come in a few days later to pick it up. we came and they told us the costume had been taken by someone else. it was very upsetting as we had a big event on the same night so we couldn’t do as planned.

Loved my Princess Fiona costume and the lady that served me was so helpful in getting me sorted for my friends 40th. Much appreciated and felt comfortable in it.
