Had a fun time with my mates picking out costumes for a Halloween party there was so many to choose from and great prices

Very helpful!! Picked up an online order, so easy. Looked around and grabbed some more items, including a heart shaped cake pan, for our family BBQ party. Grandchildren had heaps of fun.

I was like a kid in a candy shop..all different colours in every design, theme and shape. Everything under one roof to make your party dreams come true.

The shop appears to be kid friendly the staff gave the kids a balloon each upon entry. On our way out my 4yr old son wasn't looking where he was going and ran into the metal display shelf at the end of an aisle and the shelf was not screwed in or secured and was pulled out half way. The shelf had ceramics on it and luckily didn't come crashing down. My son got a deep cut on his forehead and was bleeding. I told the staff about the unsafe shelf and how the whole thing almost fell apart. The girl's reply was "Well your son shouldn't be running around." Won't be coming back.

I was organising a gender reveal event for the first time and needed to order balloons so I came to Party Source. I wasn’t exactly sure how the process worked but the staff at Party Source were all so patient and helpful with me which made the process so much easier. In particular, on the day when I came to pick up the balloons, I had come across some trouble fitting it in my sedan car. Chloe was amazing in helping me problem solve even though I was taking a while. Her persistence in helping was really appreciated. Thank you so much again to Chloe and the Party Source team! Definitely recommend.
