iPlay Cairns

The staff were good and clearly busy with alot of customers but they machines need maintainable badly. Every game was quite expensive for very little actual play time and then some machines although appearing like they were working would allow you to pay but then actually not do anything after that. Would have tried to trace it up with the staff but they were clearly flat out with helping lots of people at the counter. Overall feeling quite disapointed and wishing we went to time zone instead

I went to iPlay on Tuesday and honestly the only person who actually did their job and helped me was the trainee. She was polite, attentive, and actually served me properly. Big credit to the trainee though, she was the only one putting in real effort! Also, the games were alright, some were not working, however.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Area was cleaned. Kids enjoyed at iplay. The playing time was sufficient. But please provide atleast some arrangements for birthday cake refrigeration especially for those who have booked for party. Rest everything was good. Thanks 😊

Cool place. Machines little outdated. Not to brag but I won the jackpot. Thanks to all the losers before me

Really disappointed, its my local arcade here, great prices and selecton and all, My frustration comes from trying to stop by at 7:15 this evening for a few games before they closed, which I do fairly often as its basically the only time I can squeeze it in. Only to walk down and find everything shut. At 7:15. I wouldnt be mad if there was notice of this, but google indicated the closing time was still 8, and there's no facebook to refer too, or even so much as a paperslip saying "we're closing early" Mad dissapointment for me, and its really damn poor for a business to shut so early with no notice. Just hoping to sure hell it doesnt happen again tomorrow ☹️

Good location with a major shopping centre however, overall too small in area gave a very cramped experience. Multiple games were out of order. On buying passed based on time, the details on how tickets were won were not detailed, which made the overall experience poor

The staff at Iplay Cairns Central Bec & Yulina (I hope I spelt that right) were simply amazing. We had our daughter’s birthday party on Anzac Day & the service was above & beyond what we expected. The party area was decorated as my request but the little details that the staff asked prior to the party put my mind at ease. The entire store was lovely & clean, with all the children happy as the variety of games on which they could play were all working & easily accessible. I personally want to thank the girls that worked on Anzac Day, for their amazing service, attention to detail, patience & understanding for dealing with a crazy bunch of 6 year olds.
