I know very little about mountain bikes so was very pleased with all the help and advice I got from Giant Cairns. They made sure the bike setup was customised to me and I’m loving getting out and about.

Unbelievable Service and Sales @ Giant Cairns. When recently Purchasing a Liv Langma Advanced Pro in mechanic-rose the service received was genuine with incredibly passionate and experienced staff. The bike arrived in just over a week and was put together and everything ready to ride. Staff took their time to make sure I was fitted and equip with equipment and knowledge so that I could leave the shop and get straight on my new bike. Even got discounted prices from the online advertised sale price ! Love this bike so much!

Great service. Purchased a Giant Trance MTB - Nathan listened to what I was after and the scope of MTB riding I intend on doing and got me on the right rig at the right price. Purchase, delivery and handover of bike was all done within a week. Excellent service Giant Cairns.

Purchased a Giant charging cable. Only option for express post was $20. Other option was $12.50 for standard post. I assumed that choosing the $12.50 option and given the light weight of a cable, Giant Cairns would provide good customer service and use the $12.50 and put the cable in Express Post for me. $12.50 would have easily covered the cost . No, it was put in standard post and according to Australia Post will take over 10 days to arrive. I phoned Giant Cairns to find out why they didn’t do this given they promote their customer service and was basically told that I should have selected the $20 option …….. for a cable! I’ll go elsewhere in future.

I don't do much online shopping and on the odd occasion that I did, I was able to use their online SMS system and was given a response in a matter of minutes that prompted my purchase, and only 20 minutes later was notified that my item was shipped! I got the tracking number 1 hour later. All the way down to Victoria my parcel arrived the next day! I haven't experienced service to this level, you guys are awesome. Thank you for the Mentos too 🤣 legends

I had to get a crash replacement frame for my 4 year old Liv Langma after it was damaged at an event in late 2025, and the team at Giant handled everything for me - seamlessly! I then decided to order the 2026 Liv Langma, and once again they took care of it all, even swapping out the original black bar tape (a bit boring!) for some blingy silver. Not sure they loved it as much as I do 🙂 Such a great team - perfect service and delivery from start to finish!
