We got married in January 2020 and were fortunate enough to use the services of HA Events and Weddings. From our first meeting, Betty and Francois were incredibly helpful. Using their many years of experience they helped us navigate through the hectic stages of wedding planning and provided an exceptional service. HA Events transformed our wedding venue into a rustic themed event which was a stunning place to celebrate our special day. I recommend HA Events and Weddings if you are planning to hold any event.

HA Hire did an incredible job and helped us have the wedding we envisioned. From the initial meeting when my mum and I dropped into the store without an appointment, to the site visit, quote revising, set up and pick up, they were communicative and so lovely. When we had a mix up with the step into the marquee, Francois was a quick thinker and promptly came up with a solution. The furniture and table settings we hired were all clean and easy to set up. The final marquee set up was from a dream fairy tale. We got so many compliments and would highly recommend HA Hire.

We would definitely recommend HA hire. They did a wedding for us on our block up in the hills providing marquees, chairs & tables, table cloths, glasses, lighting and just about everything that goes with hosting such an event. They even supplied the dance floor and a standby generator. They did everything on time, did quality work and saved us a great deal of stress. HA Hire is pretty much a one stop shop for anyone planning an event and we cannot speak highly enough of them.

Prompt service and processing of quote & invoice. Hired items were packaged nicely for pick-up and we had no problems with them ( wedding table linen). Pick-up & Return was painless and efficient.

The entire team at HA Hire were an absolute pleasure to work with! The marquee set up, lighting, furniture and decor were beautifully elegant and just as we'd envisioned for our wedding day! We had the luxury of having a blank canvas to create our perfect day as our wedding was on a private property. HA Hire were so thorough during the entire process, from several site visits to scope out the venue, to seeing their range in there warehouse/office, to the seamless setup in the week of the wedding. I had the pleasure of dealing with Francois and Bettie at HA Hire for our Engagement Party. They were both so accomodating and patient no matter the request. A visit to HA Hire to find a particular tablecloth for our at home wedding, led to the business becoming a one-stop shop for all our needs. For a wedding of 120 guests we were able to use HA Hire for the hire of the marquee, dancefloor, trestle tables, bentwood chairs, glassware, crockery, gold cutlery, tablecloths, napkins, all the lighting installation (fairy lights and festoon lights), and fixings for homemade wreaths and floral arrangements. After much research not only did HA Hire offer the most competitive pricing for high-quality products but also a standard of service and level of friendliness that will not easily be forgotten in a market that often lacks this personal touch. The Coetzer family went out of their way to assist in every way possible for our wedding from the planning and selection stage, through to the busy period of preparation, delivery and installation in the lead-up to our special day.
