Jade Fingertips

Visited today to get Gel X + Design. Considering the price I paid as well as the nails I’ve seen previously done at this salon, I had high expectations. The inspiration I showed was one of their previous works so I thought there would be little room for error - so I am quite disappointed with the results. There were a few details that they missed and I think they did a lousy job at the 3D flowers. They look flat and undefined, i saw the technician became frustrated half way through and that’s when I feel like she started doing a half effort job. She didn’t ask me if I was okay with the flowers so I had no choice but to accept disappointment. Safe to say, I’m unsatisfied with my nails.

Jade took her time to make me feel so pampered and special. Her massage techniques were amazing. The hot stones were such an added bonus to my overall experience. Would highly recommend

I came in for Shellac & a manicure. I made an appointment for 2.15pm, arrived at 2.10pm to be on time as I had to be out by 3pm for school pickup, which I made clear when booking. I wasn't seen until 2.40, had my manicure and then told I was done. Um no, I'm having shellac. After she slapped moisturiser all over my hands, she did the shellac in less than 10 minutes. I didn't want a colour, so just had clear. She did 2 coats and sent me on my way, didn't even finish off by filing or buffing. I had to file all the sharp edges and reshape when I got home. Its now been 3 Days, the shellac is so thin, 3 nails have completely peeled off and the rest are lifting. The biggest waste of money. Other times I have been, the wait has been long, but the job has always been amazing and lasted at least 3 weeks, not just 3 days. Highly disappointed.

Love Jades nails, my daughter and I have been going for years. They have made it such a great experience for her from such a young age. Love the team!

Just moved to Yarraville so was very excited to try the nail salons in this area and Jade fingertips did not disappoint! Lana was patient and was very careful with the burn marks i had on my hand. I lowkey have OCD with my french tips but she did a great job with them. Overall a wonderful experience here and will definitely come back.

I got a lot of friends asking where I got my nails done. It’s so pretty and I love it. I’m a very indecisive person. Hard to choose colours every time . They helped me to decide the matching colours. I also did minimalist nail designs. Can’t stop looking at it while working. You guys did a good job. Will definitely come back next time! Thank you Jade’s fingertip Team
