Got my nails done on Monday, took 1.5hrs to do my acrylic refills, while the ladies were lovely, it’s 2 days later and I’ve broken two nails because the acrylic was done super thin. I may as well have just got my natural nail painted.

The women here are lovely. I get my nails done every 3-4 weeks. I usually go any day from Thursday-Saturday. Today I went (Tuesday) and I didn’t recognize anyone working, except for the male who appears to run the salon. The girl was judging my nails (her colleagues work) and was very rough hitting my fingers with the handspeed multiple times. I wanted to get French tip, I told them I usually pay $60 and asked, how much extra is it for French tip? Expecting them to say $10, instead the male chimes in and says it’s an extra $20. Safe to say, I didn’t get French tip. I took a pricelist on the way out, sure enough it’s only $10 extra. Money lost. It’s a shame that I had this experience because I really enjoy going here when it is the lovely ladies working that I know and adore. They are kind and welcoming and they do an amazing job. I have given them a good review before. So if you want to pay fair prices and walk out with stunning nails, just avoid the start of the week.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff was noticeably rude and showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. Instead of feeling welcomed or assisted, I felt dismissed and disrespected throughout the interaction. Good customer service should be built on courtesy, communication, and respect, but unfortunately none of these were present. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I hope management addresses these issues urgently to prevent others from receiving the same treatment.

Bad experience as my shellac nail Paint came off in two days. I did mention about them to put top coat. But they did n’t according to them top coat is the colour top coat that is not saving my paint. Hope they get this skill upgraded that top coat is transparent gel or polish on the top of the shellac that protects nail paint for atleast 4 weeks.

The management here has changed and I won’t be returning. 2 weeks ago I went in for a pedicure with shellac and was left with cut toes that led to an infected ingrown toenail. Today I was lucky to even get an appointment, with only 2 girls working they were turning customers away. I now have the thickest SNS I have ever had done in my life, lady spent all of 2 minutes buffing and shaping. Was left to remove my own polish and apply my own cuticle oil and hand cream. I didn’t receive the shape I wanted despite asking her to thin them out, to which I was told I was ‘wrong’ and it wouldn’t look right when the ‘nail grew out’. I had my real nails cut and filed and then extensions put on without even being asked. I have so much powder product built up under my nail I can barely type this, but barely any glue holding the tip down to my natural nail. You should never have to spend $55 to get nails done to then have to go home and fix them yourself.

The woman with short hair and glasses was extremely rude. She did my nails in a very sloppy manner. When I explained what I wanted, she rolled her eyes, spoke to another staff member, and laughed. Although I couldn’t understand what she said, it left me with a very unpleasant experience. I will never come back.
