I had a facial at All in Beauty! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to analyze my skin type and recommend the right products for my skin to recover. The service was relaxing, professional, and personalized to my needs. I left feeling refreshed and well-informed about how to take better care of my skin.

I had a facial with OPT laser yesterday and it was fantastic! My skin feels amazing and I absolutely loved the Korean products they used! I was looked after so well. The therapist checked my skin and adjusted the treatment to my needs. She discussed my beauty routine and suggested some adjustments. I loved it so much that I purchased a package! I will be back regularly!

I did a make up session here recently to go to a wedding and I’m totally in love with the result. I got so many compliments throughout the evening thanks to All in Beauty! The make up artist was so detailed and made sure to ask my preference on the look throughout the session as well. She was careful to check my skin before the make up begins and then ensured the products used is well suited to my skin type (dry to combination skin) so the make up can last longer. 100% will come back here and actually excited to try a whole other range of services they are offering. Heard good feedbacks on their face treatment options. Definitely would recommend 🙂

Had the best facial skin treatment ever. My skin has never been so clean, soft and smooth. The therapist is very nice and professional. She will answer all your questions and address your concerns. The place is so clean and comfortable. Cannot wait for my next treatment!

The service was really professional and the lady who did the service was super friendly and knowledgeable about my skin type. I originally booked for a spot removal treatment but she recommended acne treatment for me as it is more suitable for me. She explain what product she is going to put on my skin every step and suggest what I should use and do at home to achieve what I want for my skin. I will definitely come back again 👍

The facial itself was okay, however I was disappointed by the service. I am unsure if the lady who looked after us was having a bad day, but I felt my friend and I were served bluntly and there was a disparity in the treatment between my friend and I. There are a couple of reasons for this: 1) upon entering, we were not greeted by the lady - instead she held out hand sanitiser for us to use - I understand the want to keep germ free, but it would have been nice to have been received with a bit more warmth 2) we were given forms to fill out without any explanation, resulting in my friend and I filling out the incorrect section - no big issue here of course, but informing us of the correct sections to fill out would have been a more professional practice 3) when analysing my skin, assumptions were made regarding my ethnicity, my skincare routines and my diet. My friend was said to have 'perfect skin,' while comments regarding my own were delivered quite bluntly. My friend indeed has better skin quality than me, and I do not mind being given suggestions on how to care for my skin better, however the delivery of the comments and the assumptions made me feel uncomfortable. 4) when in the room getting our facials done, I noticed that the lady asked my friend many questions about her life - the sort of questions to build rapport with a client. No effort was made towards me, despite my own efforts to converse with the lady. 5) before exiting, the lady provided me with a sample of a product - she recommended that this would help my skin. When leaving, I requested to take a photo of the product container so that I could research it online. The lady refused to show it to me, saying that only certain people could purchase it. I felt confused as to why she had provided me with the sample. I do not usually leave negative reviews, however I left what I hoped would have been a relaxing experience feeling embarrassed and offended. Neither me nor my friend will be returning. I leave this feedback in the hopes that more hospitable service will be offered to other clients in the future.
