OG Lashes

This was my first time getting lash extensions, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect but Supriya made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. She took her time, explained everything, and the results came out even better than I imagined. My lashes look beautiful but still natural, and so many people have complimented them. I really appreciate the care she put into her work. I’m genuinely happy with the outcome and would definitely go back to her again.

I’ve been twice this year to have my lashes done, first time was a good experience, this time it wasn’t. I went in for refills which are blotched/clump together and have massive gaps. My top lashes got glued to my bottoms and was in excruciating pain while trying to separate them with sharp pointy twizzers, my outter corner lash is still glued to my bottom lash. I have sensitive eyes when it comes to adhesive but I have never had a bad experience like this before and now have to find a place to remove them as they are scratching my eye lids already causing them to swell. After all that I was still expected to pay, and when I expressed my concern about how poorly they were done, I was only offered about $5 off.

This is my second time going to this great salon to get my eyelash extensions. Both experiences have been amazing, I am listened to for what I am trying to achieve, kept informed of what is happening, asked throughout the whole time if I am okay. Truly brilliant experience. I have had no irritation or pain at all. Will keep going back, thank you!!

I am absolutely in love with my new eyelash extensions! The whole experience was so relaxing, and the attention to detail was amazing. The lashes look full, natural, and beautifully styled to suit my face shape—exactly what I wanted. They feel super lightweight, comfortable, and I’ve had so many compliments already. What I loved most was how professional and gentle the application process was. I didn’t feel any discomfort, and the space was so clean and calming. The quality is top-notch, and you can really see the difference compared to other places I’ve tried. If you’re looking for lashes that make you wake up feeling confident and glamorous every single day, I can’t recommend this service enough. I’ll definitely be coming back for infills!

Update: Flagging my post and account as well for calling you out. Google reviewed my post and deemed it appropriate and true. Also after being caught out about the fake reviews, she removed the picture from "Natalies" review. Update: Also they are creating fake 5 star reviews and profiles. New post today (12/02/2026) from Nataile 5 stars and a photo. Funny the photo is on her Tarniet OG lashes Facebook as the cover photo marked Oct 2022. Another fb profile OG lashes Werribee has it posted since 2025. Photos as proof. Shame on you. My sister did a review on my behalf because I didn't want to cause a fuss but now, the lady keeps flagging the honest review on her accidentally using normal scissors instead of thinning scissors and ruining my hair. She was chatting away not paying attention and did this, and removing the review is insulting as she's trying to deny any wrongdoing. No decency to reply, just keeps flagging the post so nobody can see the careless mistake she made. She cut my fringe eye level when she was meant to just use thinning scissors and keep it at chin level. It's grown a little since it happened but posting now instead of my sister because the store keeps deleting the review and this is not OK. We have to keep editing my sisters post for it to show, then she just flags it again. Not trying discredit her, just take some accountability and stop flagging honest reviews. In addition, I don't want my money back, I don't want anything for free. All I want is the respect you can give me by leaving the review where it belongs.

Writing this on behalf of my sister who attended today. Hairdresser was asked to thin out hair ends during a cut with thinning scissors on her fringe, which was meant to be the length of her chin. However, the hairdresser used cutting scissors in error, which resulted in my sister having to cut her fringe from chin length to eye length. She is very unhappy that a hairdresser can make such a huge error. She was in shock and left without saying anything. Unprofessional to say the least, especially being she still charged. Not full price, however being such a significant error, this is unacceptable. Stop flagging my review so it gets hidden! In addition this business creates fake profiles to filter out the reviews my sister and I have made that she keeps flagging. Interesting that after my sister decided to leave the reviews yesterday too, there is all of a sudden 5 star reviews popping up from very new profiles, with guess what? Only reviews for this place. Oh, with the exception of Christina, who has "reviewed" more than one place. Very interesting that it was og lashes first, then a bunch of other places exactly 6 hours ago too! Oh by the way, "Natalie" who just reviewed.. the picture is a cover photo to her "OG Lashes Hair and Beauty Werribee" Facebook page she upload in March 2025. (I’ve attached). Funny how "Natalie" all of a sudden came to to post that very same picture and review with 5 stars almost a year later! My sister has also found the same picture dated October 2022 on the Tarneit page. What a shame you could not have just been honest and copped the bad review on the chin and been accountable for her actions.🤦🏽‍♀️
