Got a hair cut and i couldnt be happier. After having a few poor experiences at other salons im always a bit nervous when trying a new one but hailey made me feel super comfortable and put me at ease by walking me through each step. Its been a very long time since i left a salon feeling 100% happy with the outcome so im extremely satisfied with my service. And ill definitely be back to see hailey.

We have become regular customers over the past twelve months and have been very impressed with the customer service and the quality of our hair cuts, colours, and special occasion hair. The prices for services are also very reasonable. My daughter had her hair curled & styled here for her debutante ball and it was absolutely beautiful (pic attached)! My regular hairdresser is Jane, and she has an excellent eye for colour and gives me a great cut every time. I highly recommend her. Laura is also very good and is efficient and friendly.

WORST HAIRCUT EVER!!! We only went there as the tall dude with a buzz did a great job before cutting my 13yo niece’s thick long hair into nice layers. This time around, this dude straight up refused saying "he does not do cuts anymore". I’m not sure if he was for real or he just didn’t wanna do a 2 hour long job on my nieces thick long black curly hair. Then it got worse as he passed the job to one of the girls with short hair. SHE HAD NO IDEA ABOUT WHAT SHE WAS DOING!!! My niece asked for long layers with curtain bangs and THEY QUITE LITERALLY DID A HALF BOB ON HER!!!! Brendon was great to work with; he was both very friendly and knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job on my hair. The staff I spoke to when making my booking were friendly and accommodating too.

I went in on the 31/1/25 to purchase a shampoo from a brand I hadn't used before but was eager to try. I was served by the amazing Indiana who gave me so much of her amazing expertise and time. She talked me through every product and answered all of my questions and showed me in details how to use each product. Her customer service is amazing and I will definitely be going back.
