I went here to get a Miracle Hair Treatment. I was served by Abby, she was just so helpful and friendly. She told me of Prouduts that would suit my hair. Had a haircut today by Megan and she hands down has given me the best haircut I have ever had . She did exactly what I asked and boy does it look good . Thanks for the amazing fringe to 😉 Awesome Customer service . And it's such a lovely store with alot friendly staff . Do yourself a favour get a cut there , who knows you may just end up, Like me with best cut of your life !

Had a cut and my regrowth done today by Megan as my regular was busy. Megan was so nice and made sure everything was perfect. Was lovely to see her showing and explaining to the apprentice why my hair needed different treatment to the last customers. Thanks!

Poor experience today! I had a colour & cut with Megan. I brought pictures to show the pixie cut I wanted - the pictures were of me from a previous cut I’d had so I thought it would be hard to get wrong! The cut was way too long initially with no layers & when I told her that, she just kept cutting shorter & shorter. Needless to say, the final cut completely lacked balance & texture & is actually not equal on both sides. This is possibly the worst cut I’ve ever had. Also I ended up paying $20 more than for the same service at Hairhouse Gold Coast. Poor show and I won’t be back.

Cara at Hairhouse in Hervey Bay is a true hairdressing magician. I arrived to her salon with terribly damaged hair thinking that the only solution would be to remove my reasonably long hair down to a very short style but instead Cara’s high skill set has returned the condition of my hair in only 2 months to a beautiful blonde soft and silky relaxed state…Thank you Cara and her lovely team.

I have been a customer of Hairhouse Warehouse for a long time. But was extremely disappointed last Thursday when I went for half head of foils. I believe the foils went well but when the hairdresser went to put a toner on I told her don’t put purple in as it grabs my hair and I absolutely hate purple hair. When I went back to the mirror I had purple hair. I asked if it could be rectified and a couple of things were tried but to no avail. I was very disappointed that I had to leave the salon with no resolution and paid $150 for an absolute disaster.
