Yesterday I got a helix from a lovely staff member. I’m not sure of the young man’s name but he was so friendly and professional. He did an exceptional job. The young lady that took my details initially was also the epitome of professionalism. Great staff. Great service. Meticulously clean facilities. Thanks guys. ☺️

Made a booking online for my daughter’s lobe piercing. Brought her in, all excited & immediately by my interactions with staff I knew they just didn’t want to do it. She told me she needed to measure the thickness of her earlobes and if greater than 4mm she would need the "longer" earrings - which of course they didn’t have in stock. So she measured her ears and of course, her ears measured "slightly" bigger than 4mm (she’s 2 and a half), meaning she couldn't get it done. I was told they would take my name down for when they get the longer earrings in, which she didn’t know when because "they don’t order them" they just get sent them. Then I was told I could go somewhere else in the centre because "they wont care" about her lobe size? The entire interaction was very confusing, and very unconvincing of the story she was trying to tell. I’ve also had a read of the other 1 star reviews and most of them are to do with children. If you guys don’t want to pierce kids ears, stop offering the service, getting your child’s ears pierced is supposed to be a memorable experience and it’s sad to have to disappoint your child.

Got my helix and tongue pierced today and I did not feel it at all, the piercer was amazing. He was professional and friendly, will be coming back. Thank you!

Atticus at your Toowoomba store is an absolute gem of a person. Miss 7 wanted her ears repierced so badly but was so so nervous. He spoke to her like a real person, not just a kid and then worked out her old holes (from 3 years ago!) weren't closed after all! He helped her pick put some earrings, took her back to the room and put them in for her and she was so happy! I work in the center and have had several really good experiences with Atticus and I could not commend him more, he is just lovely!

We had the pleasure of meeting Zoe today who pierced our daughter’s nose for her 16th Birthday. She was very patient and explained everything. Definitely will be back

Skin Kandy has some of the best staff, and best trained. I had an apprentice today, Harry, who gave me a tongue piercing. He was lovely, professional, and confident. I was totally blown away by his skills. He was very gentle and polite. I will always recommend Skin Kandy to my friends. Well done, Harry.

Ramona has done all 3 of my piercings in the last year and they’re the best ones I’ve received out of my 10 total. They’ve healed with no issues and are nicely positioned. She is calm, friendly, and very knowledgeable, explaining the best options for the piercings I wanted . A real asset to the store. 1000% recommend her! Ramona did a conch in each ear and a septum. Ramona also did my sister’s nose piercing and it’s fantastic too
