I recently had my SMP treatment done with T and I’m blown away by the results. From start to finish, the experience was professional, reassuring, and so much more comfortable than I expected. The attention to detail was next level!! Every dot, every shade was done with such precision. I had a few concerns before starting as I had seen some SMP online done badly, I actually sent the photos to T and she was able to explain to me why these looked so bad and explained to me how she works and that this would definitely not happen. I could not be happier with my results. T has definitely exceeded my expectations to say the least. The professionalism at this clinic is second to none, very clean and tidy and you feel welcomed right from the very start. I had a rough idea about SMP prior to getting it done at Inkle but T explained every little detail and was very thorough at the consultation about the process which helped put my mind at ease and filled in all of the blanks of knowledge I wasn’t sure of. When I look in the mirror and can actually see a new hairline which I haven’t been able to see since I was in my early 20’s it makes me feel like a brand new person. I consulted with T a few months back and have had my few sessions of SMP since then and almost at the end. I have never felt more comfortable in a consult. T is fantastic at making you feel comfortable, answering any questions and of course, her job! My husband had SMP 3 years ago now from T, when she first started out. My husbands recent check up from T has got me thinking about how different he used to be! He refused to ditch the 'hat' coz he simply did not like the thinning. He hung onto his 'long hair' like a security blanket. I can tell you that him wearing his hat/cap to dinners and special occasions did frustrate me no end!! Since SMP, he only wears a hat to be sun smart and by choice 🙂 I remember how relieved he felt once the treatment was completed, it looked like his own hair! My husband did not tell anyone about it and still to this day, gets comments about how he should grow it out. Even I forget it's not his real hair lol. T really did change his life with her hair tattoo business. He is a tall guy but I can tell you, he stands even taller and prouder and this makes me fall in love with him all over again, even after all these years. I recently had a consultation at Inkle and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The consultation was incredibly thorough; and T took the time to explain every detail about the SMP process, which really helped alleviate a few concerns I had. She demonstrated lots of knowledge of the procedure and general hair stuff, plus answered all my questions with patience and clarity (and I had alot!) Overall, the professionalism and genuine care shown during the consultation built a lot of trust for me. I highly recommend getting a free consult at Inkle, before making a decision, for anyone considering it. Smp wasn't the right choice for myself at this point in time, but T gave me 3 different options to try first, which I really appreciated the advice and her honestly. It was a nice change, rather than being sold to! Thanks again for everything, I hope these remedies work for me, but if not, I'll see you soon!

I could honestly cry right now! I keep looking in the mirror and I can't believe that I can't see my scalp through my hair! My hair looks so thick and my face just looks like me again! I'm so happy and I'm so grateful to T who guided me through the whole process with so much openess and compassion. I felt at ease once we met in person and knew she was the artist for me.
