Maggie’s work is exceptional, and she’s a truly caring professional. My eyebrows look beautifully natural and complement my dark skin and hair. The quality of the pigments is so great that after 1.5 years, I thought I needed a retouch, but after a careful assessment, I was sent home instead. She explained that the color hadn’t faded enough and that proceeding now wouldn’t result in a nice color/healing, so it was better to wait. Maggie genuinely prioritizes your needs and well-being, even if that means postponing a session. I can also talk about the freckles and beauty spots I've got done, but that would turn this into a very long review (spoiler alert: they look amazing!). Maggie made me feel safe and welcome. She approached the situation gently and did a lot of research into what would be best for my skin, I felt I could be myself around her warm and professional presence. As my skin is quite oily and my first round didn’t go as expected she has gone above and beyond to ensure the next round works out, including researching my medications and skin care products. Maggie is really easy to talk to and her service is second to non. I highly recommend her if it’s your first time or touch ups.
