I came for the concert last weekend with a group of friends. I just wanted to come here to say that we all had a blast, the staff are amazing and they have the best pizzas. The gorgeous bartender with black hair was even dancing with us when we came to the bar to get drinks, and that never happens at any other venue I’ve been to! The sound system and the lighting in the venue is phenomenal! 1000% would attend another Q Room event!!

What a complete rip off. The drink prices what a scam. Was looking on me and my partner banks after our night last night. we got charged different prices for same drink. one jack Daniel's was $15 then another was $18. I had a transaction where I bought one jack Daniel's one water. $23 that means I was either charged $6 to $8 for a water when they buy the bulk from Costco. My family also had argument with bar server. Trying to charge $6 for one water when should of been 2 for that price. There was few workers and they were all charging different prices and adding couple dollars each time. Trying to take advantage of people who r busy having good time. Think we wont notice. So I suggest double check for anyone who been or planning to go Qroom.

The Owner has created an atmosphere unsurpassed welcoming stylish, comfortable & full of positive energy! It’s evident just how much pride and care he gives into running this venue! Special mention to the Bar Manager Charmaine that leads her team with so much passion warmth & professionalism showing in the Bar Staff’s performance on the night! All Genuinely welcoming! The Bar staff were attentive friendly and incredibly efficient even under the utmost pressure, every drink perfect! The Security Team were Respectful Welcoming contributing to a safe & enjoyable night out without ever being intrusive absolute class! It’s rare to find a Venue where Hospitality Shines at every level From the Owner to Bar Staff to The Security Team But QRoom absolutely delivers - the team here have absolutely nailed it! If your looking for a place with a great atmosphere excellent service and a team that truly takes pride and cares about giving you an unforgettable experience The this is the place to go! Qroom is worth every visit ‘what a Vibe’ Highly Recommended

Ange and his team are just incredible. A state of the art venue, bringing such an elevated experience to the Melbourne entertainment scene. It’s very rare you meet an owner who really ‘cares’ about not only the venue, but you’re event and making it GREAT. A heart based family team providing a world class experience. 10/10

felt fitting to leave a review after the keenan te concert. was very excited to go and the concert was good. only downside was that the staff was incredibly rude. one of the security guards even yelled at us. There was a lot of people and it appeared that the staff at the venue did not have a clue what they were doing. overall the situation was handled very poorly

attended the keenan te concert on the 1st of nov, which i was very excited to go to. the concert itself was amazing and would definately go again. ... HOWEVER ... the downside of this was how the staff were towards everyone. obviously for a concert, there would be a lot of people, but the way that everything was handled was pretty poor. the staff were rude, especially the security guard who decided to yell at everyone. overall, concert was amazing, but the situation was handled badly. also to add, the only toilets were only in the venue which i find really strange.

I came on to write a great review . I have read latest review and I do not agree ! I attended the venue on the 1st of November for Keena Te. The venue itself was great — excellent staff and professional security. Although the line was very long, security managed it extremely well. There was a two-hour delay before Keena came out, which understandably made patrons eager to enter the main room. However, it’s important to note that this delay wasn’t the venue’s or staff’s fault. Many patrons crowded around the main door even though it was closed due to the delay. Security politely asked everyone twice to move into the side room where music was playing until the main room opened, but some people ignored these requests in hopes of getting in first. This behavior was unnecessary and a bit inconsiderate — no one was going to miss out. Security was more than polite ! Overall, the venue and staff handled a challenging situation very well. If people want to leave reviews , please leave honest and reliable ones . Make this world a nicer place again .
