She’s not only amazing at what she does, always making my lashes look perfect but she’s also one of the kindest and most genuine people I know. No matter how busy she is, she always finds a way to fit me in and make me cared for. Every appointment feels like catching up with a friend, and I always leave feeling refreshed, confident and so glamorous. Such great quality and they never damage my natural lashes underneath. She's also really accommodating to your needs! Her setup is so comfy and she takes good care of you. I have been going to Van for the past 3 years for my eyelashes. I have been to several lash technicians prior to Van and I have not met anyone other than Van who looks after her clients needs to a high level. Her retention between fills is also quite high! Wouldn’t trust anyone else but Van to do my lashes. Van has just opened a new Japanese Spa package at her clinic and it was such a dreamy experience. She definitely knows how to use her magic to make you feel at ease by targeting your tension points. I highly recommend the spa treatments!!

I’ve had great experience coming to Van to get my ashes done! I visit every 3 weeks to get a refill and have been coming since January 2024. I always leave very satisfied with the way my lashes look and how they make me feel. Her technique also helps maintain the health of my lashes. Very satisfied!
