I’ve never come across such an unprofessional and rude person in all my time here. Yes, I was running late and apologised for it, but her behaviour only got worse. In all my years in Australia, I’ve never experienced anything like this. As a medical doctor, I have a good understanding of Australian culture and values, and her conduct is far from it—an embarrassment, really. Looking at her Google reviews, it seems like she might be getting them through questionable means. I initially found her through a price comparison, but at the end of the day, respect is more important than saving a few dollars. I’ve since decided to go with someone more expensive but professional.
