We just arrived in Sydney for a holiday and my daughter immediately told me she wanted to go to Caramel. When we arrived the store was decorated so cute and pretty. We loved our experience and the staff were so kind and always had a smile! We will definitely try to visit again if we get the chance. Definitely recommend, this store is a must do in Sydney 💗

Anna was incredibly friendly and helpful during my visit. She took the time to warmly recommend products that were genuinely suited to my needs, and even suggested I have a look around the second floor, which I really appreciated. When I was purchasing a drool bib for my cat, she thoughtfully checked whether it matched my cat’s size and kindly helped me exchange it to make sure it was right. Throughout the experience, she also checked in from time to time to make sure I was doing okay. Overall, she provided excellent customer service — attentive, considerate, and welcoming. A truly positive experience!

Always a bit sceptical with reviews but I can see why this place is so highly rated. The staff are super lovely and nice but also attentive. The store stocks a lot of great knickknacks and supplies for journalling! Highly recommend

When you first walk in you dive into a shop that is inextricably built for the community and for the eye. the stunning visuals, the stunning comfort theme shop of a nook shop. the shop houses various items fit for any persons aesthetic, there is so much stuff in store whilst being organised and aesthetic such as handmade Jingdezhen coffee mugs, pins, pens, notebooks, keychains, plushies, stickers, tote bags, figurines. and stamps. the shop is 2 storeys so you get a chance to explore the depts of what the store has to offer. it conveniently has a little photo booth corner placed to take photos with friends and a desk to write messages for the store. although the shop sells many stationary and gift items, you can not miss the little messages the store owner places around, to unlock a deeper resonation with the store and a little appreciation for the customers. the owner, spends well within the store fostering for the community and truly cares for new and upcoming customers, talking if they like the store, and how it feels. the owner is truly incredible for crafting this small hidden store in Strathfield. blending community, aesthetic and of course the many gifts and unique finds. 100% will go again, with more money i hope lol.

Amazing store!! They have such cute options for gifts or even for your own stationery, the vibes are adorable, and the customer service is amazing! Every time I've been here, I've had lovely conversations at the register and have been met with such kindness. 10/10, recommend!

Truly a hidden gem in the heart of Sydney! We happened stumbled upon, and were greeted by its adorably cozy atmosphere and the soothing sound of piano music in the background. The owner was very friendly, she showed us around the store. In addition to the cute goods, the walls along the staircase are adorned with creative and sweet drawings from past customers, contributing to the store's overall cutesy vibe. The owner offered us a pen and some paper to draw on, and after we finished, we hung our little drawing on the wall, adding a personal touch to the experience. She also showed us a small cupboard that "guards" the store’s memories. When we opened it, we were surprised and amazed to find albums filled with artwork from various artists who had visited the store, leaving behind their footprints and memories. We were awed by the sheer amount of love that had been poured into this masterpiece. We left the store with a cute little purse, and the owner kindly gifted us some stickers when we mentioned we were buying that as a gift for a friend. Thanks, Caramel, for making our day even better!
