It was my first time getting my lashes done ever. I was greeted with kindness, however, the whole experience was and has been a nightmare! First off I got clipped in the corner of my eyelid while he was trying to cut the sheet he put under my eye before he even started. It scratched and hurt the whole time he was putting them on. When I opened to have a look they were glued on with SOO much glue my eyelids were pinned back and it scratched my eyeballs everytime I blinked. I got really upset and deflated I didn't even want to leave the room. He then attempted to take them off after soaking them for 20 minutes with stuff that kept burning my eyeballs every few seconds. After they finally came off I walked out with that much glue stuck to my lashes and eyelids only to be told it will come off in time. I'm still soaking the clumps of glue off 2 days later. Never again will I go back or even recommend to my worst enemy!

Today was my first time ever getting eyelash extensions and the owner was extremely helpful and talked me through the pros and cons of each lashes and then let me pick what ones I wanted. He made sure I was comfortable with the lash length before continuing them. Maryanne also did my nails, eyebrow wax and tint and they both did an absolutely amazing job. I am so happy with everything and was outstanding for the price. Would highly recommend and can not wait to go back!

I was greeted with a warm welcoming by friendly staff even walked out happy with how my lashes looked Unfortunately an hour after leaving my lashes were very hard due to so much glue being used my lashes were so hard it was scratching my eye balls every time I blinked and it hurt so bad but even than I thought maybe it’s just my eyes being sensitive even though I’ve never had a problem with other lash techs work it worsened over time and irritated my eyes more I even got a stye few days later from the dry thick glue on both eyelids mind you I’ve never in my life had a stye was so disappointed because I really did enjoy the staffs company Wish I read other reviews prior to going in whom had very similar experiences I would not recommend lash services by Charlie I can’t speak for other services as I only received lash extension services maybe if only he applied with less glue and less force maybe would’ve been a better aftermath experience for me because they did look good just crappy application

I've been going to Four Seasons for a couple of years now for eyelash extensions. They ALWAYS do a fantastic job and make sure that I'm happy before I leave. Nothing is too much trouble! The staff are wonderful, and we have become friends. Pricing is the best I've found in Sydney.
