This is hands down my go-to lash studio. The artists are not only amazing at their craft but also make sure you understand exactly what’s being done and what works best for you. Always such a great experience.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but Jay’s Salon deserves all the love. From the second I walked in, I felt comfortable, the vibe was warm, clean, and just had that welcoming energy. Jay and the team were so kind and really took the time to understand what I wanted instead of just rushing into it. The experience itself was super relaxing and I swear I almost fell asleep while getting my lashes/brows done. And when I finally looked in the mirror? I was obsessed. Everything was so precise, natural-looking, and exactly what I had envisioned. You can tell they truly care about their work. If you’re looking for a place that actually listens to you and makes you feel amazing, this is it. I’ve already gotten so many compliments and honestly, I won’t trust anyone else with my lashes and brows now. Jay’s is the real deal! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Would give 100 stars if I could

Absolutely loved my experience at Jay Lash and Brow! The team is super friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. My lashes have never looked better, perfectly full but still natural. Highly recommend this place to anyone around St Ives!
Jay's work is amazing! I have been going to Jay for well over a year now and she is very gentle and meticulous in her lash application. After each session I am consistently given a beautiful set of lashes. She is also genuine and super friendly!
Jay is both incredibly talented and very accomodating. I have now seen her twice and I will never see anyone else again. The lashes themselves are fluffy, comfortable and fall out in a natural (and not too noticeable) way. The studio has a lovely aura and I have enjoyed both my visits. I would recommend Jay to anyone and everyone who is interested in lash extensions.
