Always a good experience, pleasant and professional, they often manage to fit me in at short notice. The location is convenient, with easy parking, away from the pressures of busy shopping centres etc. This time I had the head massage as well as a haircut and wash. It was amazing, just what I needed to de-stress and relax. Chatting is easy and not forced, sometimes especially as I enjoyed the massage, I could be in my own silent head space, which I like. I also enjoyed the chat when she was cutting my hair. She offered a couple of extras that were much appreciated. I've been going there for many years, a very happy repeat customer.

I was washed by a young girl, she did a fantastic job. I then saw rapida I told her what I wanted and that for work I have to be able to put my hair in a bun. The hair is shorter than i expected and it looks like a very rough chop. She did a good job at straightening the hair but it made it more obvious how rough the hair cut was. She told another hairstylist she (rapida) needed to fix up the cut. I told her I can’t afford to lose anymore length, she proceeded to try and fix the front. The hair still doesn’t like great. I think more training is needed, I think cutting in thick chunks was the issue. I would not recommend getting a hair cut from Rapida, booked in to another salon to get hair fixed

I had a wonderful appointment with Alyssa today. I haven’t had a proper fringe in a few years and she was amazing with figuring out the type I wanted with just a few inspo pics.

I haven’t had my hair done in so long and a friend recommended Zigbis and what a wonderful experience it was. I had my hair coloured and they even threw in a haircut for free, this was so very kind. Rapida did my hair, she was so lovely and warm and did a fantastic job. I’ll definitely be going back 🙏🏻

Love this Salon. Minal is a lovely and polite person to deal with. Always tries her best to accomodate me for my last minute requests. The staff is also very polite and well trained. Highly recommended. ❤️
