MECCA Rouse Hill

Today my friend and I went into the store and were assisted by Sky. She was incredibly helpful with all our needs and enquiries. She was so cheerful and took the time to help us find the right products for our hair care. We really appreciated her friendly and professional service!

I’ve gotten the worst customer service here about 3 times now. The most recent was a girl with blonde dreads, and there are two others. They make you feel stupid for asking a questions such as "is this loose powder good for dry undereyes" and give you the most judgemental looks and don’t smile. The other day I politely asked for a sample bc I wanted to see how my skin reacted to something and the girl gives me a dirty, grabs the sample and gives it to me with no eye contact and rudely walks away instantly. No follow up questions to ask if I need more help or even an "anything else for today?" Nothing. I thought maybe I said something wrong? But all I said was "hi, can I please have a sample of this" and I always make sure I’m polite to workers. I work in retail myself and this is absolutely ridiculous. Pls train ur staff better.

Shopping at this store was a major letdown. The store was shockingly unclean, with dust covering almost every surface. Such a disappointment to see Meccas neglect basic cleanliness standards. As someone who's particular about hygiene, especially when it comes to testing products, I was appalled by the state of the store. Hopefully, they'll take steps to improve their cleanliness and customer experience. Until then, I'd think twice about shopping there.

Natalia is amazing. She helped me out with the samples I needed and provided several product recommendations which I loved. She also offered lots of tips and tricks on application that you can’t otherwise find. The mecca ladies are always lovely but her service was above and beyond. Thank you Natalia!

I was so impressed with the service I received from Adele at Mecca. She really knows her stuff and explained everything in such a clear and helpful way. It’s obvious she’s passionate about what she does, and she made the whole experience enjoyable and easy. Her knowledge and professionalism really stood out. Mecca is lucky to have her.

Love visiting Mecca. The staff are really supportive and guide them through if anyone needs help. I often visit the Rouse Hill store because it offers a variety of brands and products.

Always love Varsha’s service! I only come here on Mondays for varsha ! She’s the only person who’s perfectly shade matched me and has showed me a range of different foundations and makeup recommendations - she has changed my life for the better !!
