I found the place at Rousehill clean and tidy. The staff there always welcome you with a smile, they are very professional and know their job. I would like to make a special mention about EJ who was my hair stylist. He understands the needs of his clients and leaves them very happy and satisfied with his service. He is also very caring and emphatic and went out of his way to ensure that I was fully satisfied and happy. He also suggested a new hair style for me which has been appreciated by friends and family alike . I would give EJ a score of 10/10 and would highly recommend him for others as well.

I had such a wonderful experience with Swati! She did my facial and was absolutely amazing — so gentle, professional, and attentive throughout the whole session. She made me feel completely relaxed, and my skin felt refreshed, glowing, and rejuvenated afterwards. You can really tell she knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about her clients. I have been getting services from Rousehill town centres Indian Beauty Secret for the past 7 years . The girls are just lovely and very helpful. Recently I did Hydrafacial treatment with Swati . She was really good with the facial. My face is still glowing from my last facial. I strongly recommend them .

Be aware. Advertising different price and charging different. Charged me more for eyebrows as they did not have skills to do eyebrow wax, charged for wax and thread sperately. Worst service ever. Even after that ruined my eyebrows. They are also giving customer discounts for good review. Will never be back… never had bad experience other indian beauty secrets just this one. No where on their brocher they say it will be extra charge, lady serving said new brocher will come, she also mentioned pricing on bocher is over 6 months old

We got waxing done today and we had an amazing experience with Manjinber. Very well handled and took care of customers extremely patiently. Swathi also did a great job for eyebrows threading.

I am extremely unhappy with my recent visit. I clearly asked for subtle face-framing layers, not a drastic cut to the front of my hair. Instead, a large section was cut significantly shorter than requested, and it cannot be undone. When I immediately raised my concern, I was dismissed and told to "wait for the blow-dry." The blow-dry itself was rushed and unprofessional, and it did not change the fact that my hair had already been cut far too short. There was no proper consultation, no accountability, and no genuine apology. Offering to reduce the price from $110 to $55 does not fix the damage or the distress caused. This was not the service I asked for, nor the level of professionalism I expected. I regret choosing this salon.
