Overall a good experience and reasonable pricing, but not a standout like I read on most of the reviews. My main issue was that the staff should explain what products they’re applying or spraying on your hair and their effect. I have pretty fine hair, which I had told them, and the blowout left it looking slightly greasy from the top after the hairspray which was sprayed without asking.

Hair Beauty & Soul Rouse Hill is hands down the best salon experience I’ve ever had. As someone with social anxiety, finding a space where I feel truly comfortable and at ease is incredibly important, and they absolutely deliver. Mel and Chloe in particular are absolute gems. They always take the time to really listen to what I want and not only do they understand it, they nail it every single time. One of the things I appreciate most is how intuitive they are. They seem to pick up on those unspoken cues, which makes such a difference. Whether I’m in the mood for a good chat or just need some quiet time on a tough day, they always seem to know and they meet me exactly where I’m at. That kind of understanding is rare and so appreciated. If you're looking for a salon that delivers incredible results while also making you feel seen, heard, and truly comfortable, I can’t recommend the whole team at Hair Beauty & Soul enough.

I have recently had my hair cut and coloured and it was amazing! However I just had myself and my bridesmaids hair and make up done at HBS. The girls were lovely and even put on a little snack for us! Both the hair and the makeup was perfect and exactly what we wanted/asked for. The staff helped to keep the morning calm by being kind and friendly and even got us out of the salon early!

I'm not local but this was the closest Sustainable Salon. From my first phone call enquiry to the actual service, I was seriously impressed with the exceptional level of customer service! Shakinna was lovely and did a fantastic job with my hair cut and blow dry. They also offer complimentary hot beverages and parking is easy, can't go wrong. I'll be back!

Rhiannon is hands down the best, most patient, and skillful hairdresser I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. She takes her time to really understand what you want, and the results are always flawless. Her attention to detail and calm, professional approach make every appointment a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to this salon for hair and beauty for 15+ years. Rhee and Laurie are my usual hair stylists and Chloe for beauty, all three ladies are amazing! The salon has a great vibe about it and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

I visited HBS for the first time and had an incredible experience! Grace was very calm, highly skilled and took care of all my hair needs. Really appreciate the hospitality and the efforts they go to provide a high quality salon service. Highly recommend!
