I honestly love coming to Beauty at the Towers. I’ve been going there for about two years now, and I can genuinely say their facials have completely changed my skin. I used to struggle with oily, textured skin and constant breakouts, but now my skin feels hydrated, smooth, and so much clearer. Ever since I started going consistently and using their products, I barely get breakouts anymore. The quality of their products is amazing too. I especially recommend the Breakout Biotic Moisturiser, it seriously helps calm and clear breakouts within just a few days. I had laser today, Charlize was so lovely and super professional and very thorough, best place to get laser, especially when it’s on sale which is super regular. Jess is also another favourite and is always amazing and professional.
Rosalie looked after me for my pre-wedding treatments and spray tan. She is extremely talented and such a lovely person! My eyebrows were done perfectly, and over a week on my tan still looks good (it has faded evenly). So grateful!

My first time visiting Beauty at the Towers on Friday and the customer service was outstanding! I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to accommodate me no problem! The staff were very friendly and even held the door open for me while exiting. It’s the small things that make for great customer service. I will definitely be back!
Been coming to beauty at the towers rouse hill (and castle hill) for years now I absolutely love it and I’ve never had a bad experience. Girls are lovely. Got my eyebrows waxed and tinted today and they look really clean and natural. They do nice lash lifts too! Would recommend:)
