I walked into Sheshwarz with healthy hair, all one length with a few soft layers framing my face. I was short on time and decided to go to the closest hairdresser — and I regret it deeply. Unfortunately, I was given to Sam, who loudly announced I was "going bald" (I’m not) — a humiliating and completely unnecessary comment. What followed was honestly one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had in my life. My blended layers were hacked off, and I was left with two heavy blocks of hair on either side of my face. I saw very clearly it was going wrong and tried to stop him, but he dismissed me, insisting he’s been a "professional for 44 years." Experience clearly doesn’t mean skill. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone — not even if they offered free services. I left feeling devastated and immediately drove to Minas Hair Salon in Roselands (where I usually go), and the lovely Susan was absolutely mortified at the damage. She worked her magic with so much skill, care, and artistry, carefully blending and reshaping my hair so that it actually looked like a proper style again. Despite the irreversible chop from Sheshwarz, Susan’s talent transformed my hair and restored my confidence. Avoid at all costs. Never again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly cannot recommend her enough! TIANA T is hands down one of the best makeup artists in the industry. Every time I leave her chair I feel incredible — her attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to enhance your natural beauty is unmatched. If you’re thinking about booking, do it… you will not regret it. She is truly amazing and worth every single visit!

This was my first time visiting the salon and I was so impressed. The online booking system was easy to use, and the reminders and confirmations were great. I only realised today how many services the salon offers , from hair, nails, makeup, everything in one place! My appointment started on time, and the young girl who smoothed out my hair was lovely and friendly. Nancy was my stylist and she absolutely nailed my upstyle. She followed my brief perfectly. I’m so happy with the result. It looks fantastic and wont budge at all, even in today’s weather. I will definitely be back again!

Was so impressed how the ladies were with my daughter and how professional and patient they were. Amazing service and amazing outcome highly recommended. Definitely be back can’t express how much effort and time they put in with the knot in my daughters hair. Made her feel comfortable was so nice to see!! Couldn’t be happier as a dad to see that was really heart warming!! Thank you guys for everything my daughter is so happy.

I had an appointment today for a wash, blow-dry, and smoothing, and it was my first time visiting this salon. I honestly can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted within seconds by a friendly member of staff. Within a minute, my hairdresser Tiana began washing my hair. She was so friendly throughout the appointment, making lots of small talk and asking about my weekend plans, which made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. The hair wash itself was by far the best I’ve ever had — so relaxing and luxurious. Highly recommend ❤️

I would like to commend sheshwarz for great customer service they provided myself. James was able to fit us in last minute appointment when our hairdresser cancelled due to illness. We had a family wedding that day. We were very happy with our hair. So thank you so much.
