I'm quite pleased with my order of Thursday Plantation Tea Tree Oil from Natonic. I've had a hard time finding good quality tea tree oil from other sources. Natonic's shipment to me delivered a fresh, effective product. The price is reasonable and customer service was helpful when I had questions. Mine was an international shipment to the U.S. It took about 6 weeks, but well worth the wait! One of my bottles had an ill fitting cap, so some of the oil had leaked. When I talked to customer service, Rudith promptly offered me a store credit for the full amount of the bottle! I will definitely be ordering again. I've been using tea tree oil for over 30 years and can say this is some of the best I've ever purchased. Thank you Natonic!

I have paid for my online order on 19 Jan 2026. Today is the 30th. No confirmation email received (PayPal confirmation received). On login into their portal, "processing" is displayed for 10 days. Chat is not working. No responses on the emails. No contact phone numbers are listed on the website. I managed to find a few but all of them are disconnected. Based on the recent reviews, it looks like I have to report them to the authorities. Some developments after I posted this review. I received an email from a courier that my order has been collected from a person... not from the "Natonic" (I searched ACN and ASIC registers for the company current registration information so I saw this person's name as a co-founder of Natonic). Today, 3 Feb, I received my order. The company has put 2 gifts, some kid's stuff, my understanding is as a result of this negative feedback. However, I will not use them as they are unsuitable for anyone in my family.

I was a little sceptical at first after reading some reviews but I cannot recommend Natonic enough. The product arrived within days of the order, were well packaged and I couldn't be happier. I would happily recommend them.

Ordered on 06/02/2026 till today I haven't receive any message for ETA of the products. Very bad services!!! No contact number & no reply from online messages. In future, better to leave them along or left the issue to industrial ombudsman.

Poor communication. Product out of stock but took the $ out anyway. Delay in arriving but gave them 3 🌟 because it actually did arrive. I truly thought they were a scam & sent an email that I would be reportingthem & received an email the next day it was on its way. I dont think I would buy from them again. I think I got lucky.

Not worth the drive, unfortunately. Felt like there were good offers while browsing, but the math didn't add up at the end. I spent more than I intended and didn't really save anything. Save yourself the petrol and just shop online. It's much easier and clearer.

Thank you so very much for the excellent service that you provided to me over a number of complicated and complex emails about one of your sale items. This was not a Natonic brand but a different brand. Your service was impeccable and flawless and provided in a friendly and respectful way on a professional level. I greatly appreciated this I found your Manager to be very knowledgeable and completed her tasks as stated. All round, I received Brilliant service from Natonic through this Manager. Natonic are very lucky to have this lady and her work processes and good manners would make an excellent manual and guide for All Customer Services Operators.
