I just got my hair dyed at Heshela Salon ! This was my first time coloring my hair, so I was a bit nervous at first — but the results turned out even better than I imagined. The staff were truly amazing and incredibly friendly specially Sirishma and Srijana de, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. They really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I was looking for. I’m so happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommended.

I had nanoplastic hair treatment today, and it was a great experience. The team listened carefully to everything I wanted and made me feel very comfortable. Suman sis did an amazing job and straightened my hair very smoothly. The result was even better than I expected, and I’m extremely happy. I went for nanoplasty hair treatment at Heshela Hair and beauty salon in Rockdale. I asked the hairdressers if my hair was ok for that particular treatment as I was worried that it might damage my hair. The hairdressers there said it was fine. They didn’t really ask the history of my hair neither do they check the elasticity of my hair after applying the chemicals. I went back the next day and mentioned the damage on my hair and the different hairdresser said I needed to buy and use their protein treatment and it will be fine. The hairdressers there are inexperienced and are not willing to solve the damage that they caused.

Did my bridal make-up and hair over here; amazing service. They are here in this industry for a long time and their work speaks for it all. Their suggestions were great according to my face. Great staff as well. Would definitely recommend them to everyone. Thank you HeShela Team. ❤️

The staff at the Auburn branch were extremely rude and showed little to no knowledge about haircuts or makeovers. My friend and I were very excited to get a hair makeover, but the girls there were not welcoming at all and kept making strange faces. We asked for a hair expert who could guide us, but there was none available. They didn’t even seem to know how to do a basic haircut. During the haircut, the girl with curly hair did not provide me with a full cover, even after I requested one. Instead, she said she would blow the hair off my clothes at the end. After applying the hair colour, they left me waiting for over an hour because they were in a hurry to go home and were busy cleaning up. I felt embarrassed for convincing my Aussie friend to come along—she was unhappy as well. It was a complete waste of time, energy, and money. The ambience felt like a random local salon on the streets of Nepal, suitable only for eyebrow threading. I will never visit again. This was the worst experience ever. I sincerely hope you invest more in hiring skilled professionals and well-trained staff instead of spending on fake marketing strategies.
