Helen and her daughter did my bridal hair and make-up yesterday, all the bridesmaids, my mother and flower girl's hair. They were punctual, calm, and just lovely. Helen took one look at my dress during the hair and make-up trial and instantly knew the hairstyle needed and I had so many compliments on the day. Same thing with bridesmaids and everyone. Helen not only has a vision from such long experience, but you can actually tell she has a passion and genuinely loves making people feel beautiful. We had what, a 38-40 degree day yesterday? None of the make-up on anyone ran or melted off which is incredible. We were able to get all our photos in the gardens after the church. My hair, I was able to dance my first dance (a fast-paced salsa routine) and it completely stayed in tact. Helen also has given me my best hair cut and now I only trust her to cut my hair. I'll post photos once we receive them because I cannot give a more positive review. I am so glad I found her online and checked out other reviews noting punctuality and her calm demeanor (things very important to me as I've heard horror stories from other brides). My wedding day was so special and I am beyond grateful. Thank you!!

Helen is amazing at her craft. We were a party of 2 getting hair and makeup done and she was efficient and professional. She understood what I was after (distinct from my sister) and advised us on what looked good on us. We were both happy with the results. She is very experienced, professional and understands her clients well. I will definitely return for further services.

Helen helped make my wedding day extremely special by creating the perfect and long-lasting look for myself, my 2 bridesmaids and my mum. I had a long, energetic wedding and to my surprise my hair lasted the entire night! It was my biggest worry because I have extremely thick and long hair which NEVER stays the way it should after seeing a hair dresser. Helen is the first person that has managed to make my hair look beautiful and last a long time. Not to mention her incredible personality and passion for what she does!

Helen was so incredible to myself my bridesmaid's, flower girls and Mum! She made us all look beautiful and feel beautiful too! Helen was so kind and lovely in the entire booking process, leading up to my special day. She was professional at all times and was patient and helped us make decisions in regards to the hairstyles we chose. Helen at HM Allure fitted me in at short notice and took on the challenge of my unkept curly hair with my pretty vague instruction. I left her gorgeous salon with the most amazing highlights, beautiful style cut and feeling 10 years younger! I can't thank Helen enough for bringing my hair (literally) back to life! You are a miracle worker, an awesome person to chat to and my permanent hairdresser from now on!!!
